The Restaurant Salzhaus presents a new lunch menu every week from Monday to Friday. The lunch menu includes soup, salad or dessert and a main course including water for CHF 25 or three courses for CHF 30. The main course offers a choice of meat, fish, vegetarian and pasta dishes. There are also always three lunch specialities on offer, most of them: the Salzhaus classic beef fillet tartar. The sweet dessert selection, which is presented directly at the entrance, is the final point.
On Saturday noon you can put together a menu from our dining menu or choose our 3-course menu for CHF 30.
