Salzhaus meets Japan | every Thursday evening
Japanese food in Solothurn: The Salzhaus kitchen - which has been influenced by Asian accents from the very beginning - makes an excursion into Japanese cuisine every Thursday evening. Our chef Christian Härtge has brought traditional and new Japanese recipes from his stays in Tokyo. Classic sushi and sashimi, surprising and in Salzhaus-style Japanese inspired creations around meat and fish. All served in original Japanese tableware. Of course we serve Japanese beer, nice sake and green tea or matching wines from our Salzhaus cellar.
In the usual Salzhaus manner, we present our Japanese Fusion Menu orally at the table. You decide how many courses you want us to serve or choose from our seasonal Japanese Fusion menu.
